Eyes gleam when the words “muscle car” are spoken. A car can say a lot about its owner, and a muscle car says a lot more than most. It is a total life experience as owners and admirers know. The Hot Vegas Nights Car Show is being held at The Orleans Arena on Sept. 6, and everyone with a hot muscle car is sure to be there to show off their pride and joy, as well as take a shot at winning Best in Show. This event is expected to be huge, and what a great place to spend some time, admiring these beautiful classic cars with so much power under the hood.

As the saying goes, “Real cars don’t power the front wheels, they lift them.” Muscle cars are what you would call the original “heavy metal,” and have featured in many movies over the years. No one could forget the 1970 Dodge Challenger in “Vanishing Point” with the car chase across four states or forget the Trans Am driven by Burt Reynolds in “Smokey and the Bandit.” Muscle cars aren’t as plentiful as they were in the old days but you can still take a trip down nostalgia lane at this show.

It’s being held in the east parking lot of The Orleans beginning at 11:00 a.m. It’s open to all muscle car owners to show off what they have, make some friends among other exhibitors and visitors, and just have a great day. There will be lots of food and beverages, vendors and music. There will also be a VIP party at the end of the event, hosted by “The Movement” the party hardy upscale DJs of Las Vegas who spin R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, Neo-Soul and Jazz, and look very GQ. They are the best in the business and are classy all the way. You know you are going to have a great time.

Tickets start at $5. That’s a really great way to exhibit your own car or just to admire all those mechanical marvels in one place. Upgrade to VIP and you get a party thrown in for a fabulous evening.
